Prices and Taxes

  • All prices for private rooms are quoted per room, per night.
  • All prices for all capsules are quoted per bed, per night.
  • All rates are in Thai Baht (THB), inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges.

Payment and Terms at Check‑in/Check‑out

  • A valid government‑issued photo ID are required at check‑in.
  • Full payment for the stay is due at check‑in.
  • Any extras expenses occurred during stay must be settled in full upon check‑out.
  • Front desk operating hour is 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
  • Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • If you wish to check-in or check-out outside of our operating hours, please let us know in advance.

Traveling with Minors

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not have specific facilities for children, and our rooms are designed primarily for adult guests. Children are only allowed to stay in private rooms and only with existing bedding, subject to the maximum occupancy of the room type. We do not provide extra beds, baby cots, or child‑specific amenities. Minors are not permitted to stay in shared capsule rooms. We may request proof of age and relationship at check‑in, and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times on the property.

Accessibility or Special Needs

We are very sorry that our property is not suitable for guests with mobility or accessibility needs. All rooms are located on upper floors and are only accessible via stairs; there is no lift or step‑free access, and bathrooms are not adapted for wheelchair use. For safety and comfort reasons, we are unable to accommodate guests who require wheelchair access, step‑free access, or other similar mobility support. If you are unsure whether our facilities are appropriate for you, please contact us before booking so we can advise you accordingly.

Parking

On‑site outdoor parking is very limited and offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. We strongly recommend requesting a parking space at the time you make your room booking so we can note your preference, although we cannot guarantee availability. If on‑site parking is full on arrival, guests may be able to use nearby street parking in limited marked areas, subject to local rules and availability. The hotel is not responsible for any fines, towing, or for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents, except where required by applicable Thai law.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

  • Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
  • Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
